Philips 32 PFL 7762D PSU problem

    Hello.

Got myself a bad Philips TV, gives an error code 2, service manual says it stands for "12V missing".

Two N-channel mosfets shorted, marked Q301 and Q302 on the board, these are for making the 12V and 24V, right? Should I suspect something else gone bad too, anyone?

The MOSFETS are STP10nk60zfp, what else to look for than the usual current, voltage and RDS on values when getting a substitute? How much the RDS on can differ from the original one? Would FQPF10N60C be an ok choice for replacing the originals?

Attached the schematics I found from the internet if it's of any help.

I know when i had a shorted fet it took out a pwm ic controller too. This was on the primary side though.
Do NOT touch heatsinks when testing for voltages as they may be LIVE!

Check or replace the IC that drives these MOSFET's, check the resistors and Diode connected to the Gate of the MOSFET for shorts or open. I recommend replacing the IC because if the out put drive pins are stuck at High (+ drive) it will take out the new MOSFET's.

Diodes D301 and D302 are OK as are the resistors, these are smd types tested them off-circuit. These are connected to the Gates? Then again resistor R1 is open. It is connected to Drain. D1 tested OK. You still think the IC (DLA001) might be bad? At least none of the pins are shorted to each other.

        Can I replace these:

          Anyone??

Could replacing the resistor and the two MOSFETs (and probably the IC that drives them) cure this one?

Any opinions on those MOSFET substitutes?

Philips HTS8000 home cinema noise problem
              by courtcircuit
              Hello

I have since a long time a Philips HTS8010S/01 which has been old but was doing the job.

Since a few days, it starts by making a weird "static" nois when switches on for a few seconds to a minute and then works like a charm.
Noise loudly outputs from the 3 channels, even if no signal is sent by the controler.DVD to the subwoofer/amp unit.

I was thinking of a soldering that was starting to be damaged and that was only doing the job after a few seconds of heating, most probbaly on the power board
              Removed each of tyhe boards

Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
              2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
              3. Problem: TV shuts down

              Hello
I have a Philips 58PUS8545 which have a vertical moving lines on screen and it is flashing white vertical lines like a every 3-4 seconds.
              See the attached image.

I removed left side flex-cable from the t-con and then there was half screen sharp and correct image and other half was white.
But when I removed the right side flex-cable then half of the screen was white but other half was white and above the white there was vertical lines on half of the screen.

T-con two flex-cables have been changed to cross but nothing changed, so it is not due those...

              Hi.
I bought a Philips TV model: 65PUS6262/12 Used.
The seller was selling it as not working well. It was almost free.
I want to fix the TV in some way.

Namely.. A very interesting error, but very rare.
The TV turns on and works. I can go to the menu, open smart applications, etc.
From the very beginning, the graphics were somewhat strange to me... I'm talking about the menu graphics, etc..
When I want to start the Youtube application, there is a sound but the picture is green! no movement nothing can be seen!
If I connect to any HDM input,...
