    Re: e421vo orange light only

Well he said he tried 2 main boards and returned them, just making sure they were right boards for that model since he had different results... This is replacement board for the main board pictured above: (Which is not in stock)

    http://www.shopjimmy.com/vizio-3642-...for-e421vo.htm

Im just thinking it's possible if the wrong board was ordered if not using the #'s on the white sticker.. It just really seems like a main board problem.

ShopJimmy are repairing them. I bet they replace or reprogram the EEPROM.

I'm thinking maybe a bad eprom, I haven't had any experience with this but here's a place to get one:

Thank you guys for all your help.
I am gonna try to get the main board #3642-1232-0150 from vizparts.com to see if that helps, because I don't think I can solder such a small eeprom. It would be nice because it's only $25.00

I want to try to solder the eeprom, what do you guys recommend for a magnifying glass so i can see the small soldering?
Or maybe a magnifying head set visor 10x?
