    OK, that looks more reasonable, I would suspect the transformer which has an open winding.

    Avoid using lcdparts.net; same stuff cheaper on the 'bay:

      Nice! I guess I will try that. Thanks for all the help. Is there any way I can test the rest of the bulbs without that bad transformer? Can I disconnect the set that is connected to it? I would like to make sure the rest of the screen is good before dumping any money into it.

        Not really practical, the best you can do is unplug all the bulb connectors except one, plug the TV in, and watch for a flash from each bulb. Repeat for each bulb. But it's really rare to have a failed transformer and bulb at the same time, and failed bulbs nowadays are very rare -- only much older LCD TVs are having issues with them.

            It's dead, Jim.

            If you look carefully, you can sometimes see a burn mark on one set of windings.

                With an inverter it's either all the bulbs working or none working.
