    tv case histories

    Anyone seen this before. http://www.mikestvtips.com/
    Mike's tv repair case histories sounds good but is it worth it.
    I would really like feedback from anyone that has info on it.
    Please list other good sources for tv repair manuals, parts, etc.
    I'm already useing these for parts

    22 years? It'll mostly be CRTs and DLPs.

      I've seen a repair guy on Youtube praising the book saying it helped him a lot.

      For example here he mentions it a second time, (I can't find the original video where he described it in more detail), i watched them a few weeks ago out of curiosity, to see how his mind works when fixing stuff: https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...k9ezQtA#t=406s

      His videos are OK, worth watching, but his recommendations might be a bit biased, considering the links in his video descriptions are all affiliate links.

      But why not, I guess if he wants to make some money he's entitled to, and a few of the books he recommends are written by people known in the field.

      I'm not 100% convinced of the utility of such book, considering there's now relatively easy to find technical manuals and forums like this one.

        That's how I found it. I watched all gregs videos and he mentions it in one.
