@budm Attached are the pictures you asked for. I took three pictures of the main board (from left to right). Also attached is the picture of my inverter board showing which relay I replaced.

I disconnected the top two white connectors and the clicking is still there. I did go ahead and disconnected the third white connector and the noise stopped. Not sure if that is helpful.

OK, the relay is on the power supply boards, that is not inverter baord. There are two inverter boards, one on the left, one is on the right of the chassis, they are covered with metal shields. You can see two set of cable with white wires going to them. We need the pictures of those two inverter boards.
I also like to see good clear pictures of both sides of the power supply board so I can see how the relay is driven 9more likely to be driven by the signal from the main board).

Remove the power cables from the power supply board to the inverter boards and see if the LOGO will turn from AMBER to WHITE when you turn the TV on.

My voltage reg replacement worked! Tv powers up and all functions are normal. You guys are once again awesome.

With both inverter boards unplugged and leaving the main board connected to the power board the logo stays amber and the clicking continues. When I disconnect the main board from the power board the clicking stops.

That means the main board is causing the problem, the main board sends the on signal to turn on the relay. So back to checking voltages of the LDO regulator IC's first.

How about testing the PS with a bulb/resistor?
