    overlapping pictures on 46" lcd tv

    Hi there,
    I have a 46" samsung lcd tv that started having pictures issues about a few weeks ago. at first it would take about 15-20 min for the pictures to clear, now it's bad all the time, overlapping pictures. hope someone can tell me how to fix it. thanks in advance for any help!

    If you gently flex the sides and top/bottom of the TV, does that fix the picture? If yes, you might have bad tab bonds.

      Hi, when i press the sides the pictures gets worse. the left side is worse, the right side looks ok. it's strange, is i'm typing this and i looked at the tv, the picture is seddenly perfet after being bad the past few days. i don't know if got anyhting to do with me pressing the sides, but when i was pressing then it was getting worse and after a few min, it suddenly looks fine. here are some new picture i took a few minutes ago.

        Search for "tab bond bump ons" in your favourite search engine or youtube. Some people report it fixes the problem. Others use tape, weather stripping, etc. The whole idea is to put pressure on the tab bond so it makes a connection to the lcd panel.

        Report back if it fixes it for you.

        I have a Toshiba 46 lcd with the same problem and I just need to find a couple of days on uninterrupted time to look at it.
