    lg 37lc2d power issue.

First of all, I must admit that I am in owe of all the knowledge people on this site have.
    I am a pure beginner.
    I have a 37" LG. Older model.
Green light started to flash about 15 times, and would turn on.
Was informed on this site to either replace bulging capasitors or get new power board for my model.
Well. I bought a new Power Supply Module from a company suggested by LG.
I installed it. Easy. Unscrew old. Install new.
    Problem?
Still flashing green light 15 times. Then takes about 8 to 10 minutes to turn on.
But when on, it remains on, until I shut it off.
But I dont want to leave it on forever.
Now I was told to buy a Mother Board, or main board.
Is it worth it? So far I have invested 70.00. Love the T.v.
Any suggestions on board replacement, or ideas?
    Thank You

    1) The above sounds like classic symptoms of caps having high ESR (ohms). As the TV warms up, the ESR in the caps fall and the circuit works.

    2) Post clear focused pictures of all your boards following my sig file below exactly.

    3) Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it to measure DC voltage?

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.
