    Philips 47PFL5704D/F7 Chassis PL9.1 Dead

I picked up this TV because I had the 52" version with T-Con board problems which I have got up and running now.

The symptoms are it's seemingly dead. There is no standyby light, but I have AC to the rectifier and 165v DC out of the rectifier. The power IC has 16v input, but at the larger filter caps on the bottom left and at some of the diodes, I have approx 375v.

I have the 3.3v standby voltage but not the secondary 12v, it's about 0.8v. Any thoughts?

These PS boards with the inverter PS always confuse me..

Sorry for the crude pics it's a big TV I can lay it flat if necessary.

Also could not seem to find a S/M and this is completely different from the 52".

Has anyone seen this much voltage (365v+) at the filter caps when it's coming out of the bridge rectifier at 165v?

Actually I expect it to be closer to 400VDC because this power supply has PFC/Voltage booster circuits. When TV is off, the voltage should be around 165~170V, when TV is on, it will be closed to 400V. It also means the PS_ON is OK.
