LG 50PC3d-ud blown fuse and power mosfet

I posted here a little over a year ago when I first got this TV. The original issue was blown mosfets on the power board, and a bad IPM on the Z-sustain and y-Sustain boards. I had the y-sus and z-sus boards repaired by a reputable company. I bought a "refurbished" power supply board off of eBay. That fixed the problem, although the TV would still refuse to turn on if it had just been turned off. The screen would brighten a little (if it was an LCD, I would describe this as the backlight turning on) and the power LED would blink 5 or so times.

A couple of weeks ago the TV again refused to turn on, although this time the power LED would only flash 3 times. I took the back off and checked for leaking caps, no problems there, but I did find one shorted mosfet on the power supply board. I replaced it, but when I attempted to power the TV back on, it powered up once (heard the relays click), then immediately shut off. I tried to start it up again, but I get no response. No relay clicks, no LEDs, nothing. I tested the "main" fuse (the one that is right where the 110v AC comes into the TV), and it is showing infinite resistance, so I assume it is blown.

I wanted to post here for ideas on where I should head next, before I do any more damage.

Is it possible that the shorted mosfet caused the fuse to be partially damaged, so it failed when I attempted to power it up after the repair? I checked the power supply board again, and found no more bad mosfets. All the caps look fine visually. I heard no loud "pop" like I did previously, when the IPMs blew.

The model number on the panel is PDP50X30010.DDDRBAB, and I did have 5v standby voltage when the TV was plugged in, before I swapped out the mosfet.
