TH-46PZ80U 46IN PLASMA no picture, no sound

Hi everybody
My Panasonic TH-46PZ80U 46IN PLASMA died last morning
I have no picture, no sound but i can see in dark the display have some light
any idea

Some light - any sign of image - dim, blurry or purple tinted?

Sounds like a control board (D board) or A board issue.

Welcome to the forum-
We can usually help a lot more if you please post good clear pictures of the whole chassis, and then pictures of each board, front and back and close up of connectors, (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) using the manage attachments button, which is found by clicking "go advanced" under quick reply.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

Do you have a DMM (digital multimeter?) Any blinks from the LED? The screen glows in the dark?

and my image is 2.5 Mb but the attached image is 256 KB

You need more light to get better pictures - it is ok for general layout but not for
troubleshooting. Jpg pictures should be less than 2mb for them to upload.

Please can you also update your profile with country and mains voltage.

That is the message you get when you exceed the size - despite what it says its nothing to do with a security token. Resize downwards to less than 2mb.

There could be from 1 to 12 blinks separated by no blinks for 3-7 seconds.

no, when i plug the tv i can here the relay twice and red blue on, no blink

Okay, this could be caused by a loose A board to D board video connector. You'll need to remove the metal shield which covers the input labels to reveal the A board, and the D board is underneath that.

It could also be caused by a bad A or D board. Locating which will require some troubleshooting skills.

- Can you turn the TV on and off using the remote control?
- If you plug an audio source into the TV (with video cables), and flick through the inputs (do it blindly), do you eventually hear any sound?
- If you listen carefully to the speakers with no sound playing, do you hear a faint hissing/buzzing?

when i plug the tv in the wall i can hear the relay click twice very quick and AFTER about 1-15 sec another click
After that if i push the power button or from the remote the tv start with some light on screen, red led on, no blink and i can't power off, it's start by himself again

Definitely sounds a lot like an A board issue there. If you remove the shield, we can suggest some places to start troubleshooting.
