    toshiba tv 32hlx95 "booting up...."

    Hello,
    I have a toshiba tv 32hlx95 that had a bad powerboard and replaced it. Now the TV turns on but it wont get past the "booting up...." message in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. The red light on the front is always on and the green light blinks three times and then starts over. I can access the self diagnostic screen but I have no idea what to do there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      I ran the self check test and got on the BUS cont line: "tuner main (C6H) error in red. Does this mean this is the broken part? Please see below. Thanks!
      SELF DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
      The diagnosis will begin to check if interface among IC’s is executed properly.
      2) During diagnosis, the following displays are shown.
      HLV95_1489
      OK
      Firmware :
      Version information of microprocessor
      In case of file name : HLV95 and Version : 1489 indicates[HLV95_1489].
      2 Time : Total hour of turn the TV on. (Unit : H)
      3 Bus line : --"OK" is normal
      "SCL-GND"(Red indication) : SCL-GND short circuit
      "SDA-GND"(Red indication) : SDA-GND short circuit
      "SCL-SDA"(Red indication) : SCL-SDA short circuit
      4 Bus cont : --- "OK" is normal.
      NG is abnormal(Red indication).
      When type name of semiconductor indicates.

        Do you have a seperate tuner board?

        The problem might be with the tuner board, or the logic board (seine board).

        I dont have experience with this set, but on the 42hl196 i have it boots then puts 1 light on steady, then checks the tuner and backlights. So im kind of surprised yours checks the tuner during boot.

        Unless your TV is completing the boot when you go into service mode / or self check, but otherwise never finishes booting. So while in service mode does it turn on the proper light that would indicate it was fully on / finished booting?
        Fixed so far 12 lcd's , 1 plasmas, 5 monitors, 0 dlp's (plan to keep the dlps at 0). and 3 atx power supplies, and 2 motherboards.

          Nope it just keeps booting but allows me to go into the service screen and that is where i see the error. It has a tuner board and a seine board. The red light on the front is lit up solid red and I have a green light that blinks three times and resets.

            When performing the voltage check in the diagnostic tree is the TV plugged in during the testing? I have never done this before. Any hints as to where I can find this info.
