I have these REG1117A-ND IC 1A ADJ LW DRPOUT REG SOT223-4

Will these work as a replacement?

As long as "-4" indicates the tab, but that's rare. It has probably got one pin too many to fit.

What are you going to use these TI regulator for as a replacement for what (what is the original part?)? Please clarify.

To sub a 1117 you need to watch for many pitfalls:

* Different package style
* Different pin count
* Different pin order
* Adjustable or fixed, fixed come in many voltages.

Also the power dissipation rating, and he did not indicate if he has the fixed output type or adjustable AMC1117.

Yes, there will be more numbers on the AMC1117 which will indicate the voltage. I believe that some fixed ones are variable to a certain extent
up to their max output voltage.

Not quite. You can use a fixed output type as an adjustable by adding a pair of resistors in exactly the same way they are used on the adjustable type. However, the output voltage can be varied from the rated output voltage up to as high as you want as long as you stay within power dissipation and voltage drop limits. In other words, you could use a AMC1117-3.3 to drop a 20 volt supply down to 15 volts, just don't draw too much current. (The AMC1117 is rated for a maximum power dissipation of less than 1 watt, maximum input / reference differential of 13 volts. In the scenario I described the maximum current would be 200 mA.)
