I rechecked the 24v there is 5.36v and no change when I push the power button.Comment

On the power supply is C903 leaking at the top or is it just the light?
Re your meter cant make out the model - have you a manual for it.
Is it this one:

There was something on top and it came off with my nail. I'm not shur if that means it leaking...

I dont think those voltages are correct I believe the large cap should show virtually no voltage after it is switched off for 5 minutes you need to be extra careful if thats not the case. Can you confirm your mains is 110 voltsAC
Try and spend a little time with the meter and the manual to make sure it is set up correctly. Try measuring a few known things.Batteries, car battery, toys.
Remember to change from DC to AC as required and take great care measuring high voltages.
That c903 capacitor is definitely suspect. You will need to start thinking where you will get replacements from.
You should also try and get a bit of soldering practice in if you have not done any for a while. Just wires to wires will even help.Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

On the larg cap yes after 5 minutes off there is no voltage.

With some difficulty as I am guessing you do not have an ESR meter.

Capacitors are usually quite cheap and you would have to find a lot of good ones to make it worth while buying an esr meter. If one electrolytic cap is found to be bad most members would recommend changing all the caps (of that manufacturer) on the board except for the Big Cap usually 420/450 volts.Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Thanks for all the help with this TV, after a lot of research and input from the forum it turned out to be the main board with issues as suggested in an earlier post. I did not locate the cause on the board but my local TV shop sold me a used main board for 10.00 bucks now it works like new.

Hi.
picked up another TV. This time is a Vizio M65-C1. TV does not turn on. I had repaired another 60 inch vizio , Bad main board.
When power button is pressed, the Power led indicator on the bottom right, turns for a few seconds and then it fades away. No backlight or Vizio logo on screen. Removed back cover and repeated test.
This is the TV This TV is a little different from the Samsung I have worked on. Power supply is on the Left side, Main Bd is on the right side, T-CON , not in the picture is on the bottom. I am assuming that the boards in the middle are the LED... -

Hearty greetings to everyone, trust you all are doing excellently well.
Please, I have the above problem, the laptop turned on after the switch was activated but it will turns off in less than 2 seconds.
The power stables in very rare case. Once it was stabled, everything works fine.
Once the power switched is pressed, 5V and 3V were present.
The things i have done:
1. I have check for shorts on the board, but nothing. The board is short free

Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!
My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.
This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...
