Samsung LN-S3241d color snow on screen

My friend give me Samsung LN-S3241dx had problem color snow on screen
I had same problem

Here is another Video showing the video problem I'm having.Trying to find out is this a video board or the T-Con board problem. Hope someone can help

I had the same problem with mine. It was the main board. on mine, you could faintly see the picture through the snow. Be sure to use the part numbers on the bar code if you order a new board. Also find the panel manufacturer,. Shop Jimmy has instructions on how to find the part number in the description of the board. There at least 3 different boards for this set and two panel mfg.
