Hello Everyone,
I have a Vizio VP422 HDTV10A that will not stay on or show a picture. I removed the rear panel and looked at all the boards and checked the fuses. I found nothing. I put it back together and when I plug it in, a relay clicks, the Vizio on front lights up and starts going dim. Also, the screen lights up, but only stays on for about 4 seconds. There is a small board that stands straight up off the power board. When I plug it in, there is a small green light that comes on on this small board. By looking at the capacitors none look bulging.
I bought a multimeter today and tested all the fuses on the continuity setting and they all go to 0 so from what I read that appears to mean the fuse are good. I'm thinking maybe its a PSU problem as it comes on for 4 secs but then just dies out.
