chimei cmv221d bright whie screen

Hi Guys
Im new at this,
is there any better caps than others to buy please. I have a board with Capxon brand on them and the board is giving me headaches
Its a Delta Electronics DAC-19m009 from a chimei cmv221d exhibiting a bright wite screen.

A bright white screen could mean that the cable between the logic board and the lcd panel is disconnected and needs reseating.
