Phillips 42PFP5332D/37 plasma has sound, no video

Hi. I have this Phillips 42PFP5332D/37 plasma TV and it has sound, but no video. The blue power light turns on on the front of the TV and turns off and on with the remote or the power button on the TV itself. All of the capacitors look good. I don't see any bulging anywhere. I've checked all of the internal fuses on every board and they are all good. The remote control can toggle through inputs since it finds the DVD player I've connected and the TV plays the sound from the DVD player. The screen is completely black and I cannot pull up the onscreen display. I've checked all of the voltages on the power supply board and they all seem good. Here is a list of them:

These voltages do not change when I unplug the power board from the Y-sustain and the X-sustain board.

My question is what should I do next? I'm kind of lost here. I'm an ET, but I don't have any experience with TV's. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Any sound of buzzing when the TV should be on?

Check fuses on the sustain boards, too.

No sound of buzzing and the fuses on the sustain boards are good.

Most problem on plasma TV and it has sound, but no video is
YSUS board or YSUS buffer or ZSUS board go bad that why plasma do not had picture
