Oh Crud the title should have read No Picture No Sound
i too have a NS-32LCD best buy boat anchor it go poof just under 4years old
wow talk about bad workmenship and componets. No picture no sound after milling through several threads i found alot of usefull information that i applied to solving my problem. i thought i would pass on this information so as it may help someone else that has the same problem. in my case it was the power supply it had no 24V out put and found that the 2watt 470 ohm resistor gets a bit warm to the point it turns the board a golden brown in that area. It also happens there a peco (not really sure if iam spelling that right) fuse marked on the board F503 which is a 7 amp slow blow right next to this, that seems to share the heat and cased it to fail. Also the solder joints where a bit lacking as well. I took the power supply to the local electronics parts store in Akron here. Picked up some shiny new parts and installed them took all of 15 mins to fix. I am not sure if i should have put a 3 watt 470 in it to hold down the heat. Cost a whopping 3.89 to make the repair. I want to thank Guru type people that was in a earlier thead i was reading it was so helpfull.
