    H&B drhd-120 Dvr shows split screen

    Hello, this Dvr produces two images on the TV screen when playing a dvd, or when using its own tuner, the screen is split down the middle and shows two images instead of one full screen image. I thought is was a tuner problem at first, but playing a dvd would not use the tuner.The twin image is not good either, its B&W and unsteady tending to vertical roll. There are no adjustments on the boards,and the power board is fine and produces the right voltages to the main board. Has anyone had this problem before? where do I start looking now? Thanks for any ideas.

      fixed: I managed to find the code to do a factory reset and it came good.! I was nearly going to scrap it,as I couldnt find anything wrong with it.

          Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

          My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

          This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

          Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

          It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

          Hi,

          I have a iphone XS that came in for a screen replacement, the screen was badly cracked, and inside missing scues, on the back of the screen still the blue protector, the screen was a LCD. So we replaced the screen and all good, installed the screen and we noticed that pressing the screen with a bit of force but not excessive, the phone dies. After plugging the charger it turns back on, but again if you press it it dies. I open the phone again, and I can't see anything major, with the phone open, if I press on the logic board, battery, charging board, or even putting pressure on...

          MacBookPro 2012 15” A1398.
          No visual damage was found.

          Mac was inside of suitcase and it was inside of a bag.

          Mac boots up,I can hear the chime,but the screen is totally black,not even “light” black. Caps lock light doesn't work.

          I tried SMC,PRAM reset, didn't work.

          Reconnecting screen display by unplugging those two things didn't work. I used this video







          Reconnecting battery didn't work.

          I also tried SMC,PRAM reset while the battery was disconnected and Mac was getting...

          Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
