Toshiba 32WL68P LCD not powering up

    Hi all.
Got the above LCD TV in, and according to failure description it's most of the time stuck in standby. Standby supply works, giving +5.0V to processor board.
But there are next to impossible to get the set running. One time out of hundred it might start up, and if you get it started up, it will last the entire day.
No signs of bad caps, either.
Please note that when trying to get out of standby, the red led doesn't even give a sign, like turning green or anything so I'm afraid this one might be a processor problem.
    Any advice is appreciated.

I WAS going to suggest checking the voltage regulators on the main board that are getting power in standby mode. The service manual is available from Elektrotanya. Then I found this on eBay. You're a bright guy, you can take it from here.

For a number of reasons, both health and personal, I will no longer be active on this board. Any PMs asking for assistance will be ignored.

Took some measurements around the MP2105DJ voltage regulator, and it has a good +5V input supply, it did have a high (correct) enable signal and should therefore switch at 1MHz and provide 2.5V, but it didn't so there are BIG chances this is going to be fixed when the new regulator arrives.
Again, thanks Bill for that extraordinary advice!

...and the new regulator was hooked up and the set performs again!
          Again, thanks Bill!

Does this regulator go on the Seine module? The seine module has LEDs, and did the LED go from green to orange on board itself when the fault occured? just wondering.

The regulator was placed on the backside of the board with the big shieldbox on it. Don't know if this is the seine module though. I didn't see any leds at all, more than the standby led continously red.
