    Samsung 5053X now flashing pixels

I followed the forums advise on my picture problem. Low and behold it was the video main board. This has resolved 98% of my problems.

The only thing that remains is that I faintly have multicolored pixels flashing (about 2hz) in the background. I have tried to make voltage adjustments. The pulsing gets better or worse based on the adjustments. Also I can hear a transformer on what I believe the PS board buzz with every pulse. It just seems like I have a voltage out of tolerance that I can't get dialed in "or" yet another problem persists. If Anyone has any advise I would greatly appreciate it. Thank again, Todd.

Also, the pixel oscillations from the TV seem to be effecting my living room light. Yes the light faintly pulses along with the TV oscillations.

try sticking a ups or expensive filtering surge protector in between the tv and the wall...see if that makes it go away

I guess that is a possibility. I'm going to try plugging into a different circuit as well. I doubt this is the problem being the oscilations on my light fixture only happen when the TV is turned on. I guess its worth a shot. After that I have a feeling I'll be into the power supply board. Thanks! Todd

Forget the plug, You have a shield missing or not grounded
          Open grounded cable etc

I have checked for defective shields and could not come up with anything. Any adjustment that I make on either the SMPS, Y-Main or power supply main board changes the intensity of the pulse as well as color. "Playing" with the adjustments can just about get rid of the pulse but will not resolve it totally. The transformer on the Power Supply Main board still buzzes "faintly" with every pulse. If there are any more ideas out there please let me know. Personally I'm leaning toward the PS Main board but any additional help is greatly appreciated!!!!! Thank you, Todd
