    Samsung QE65Q800TAT

    Defect: Off, voltages on the power supply ok.
    When you press the power button, the TV makes a clicking sound (activates the relay),
    the Power LED continues to remain off.
    The 13 volt voltage on the power supply is ok.
    By disconnecting the cable from the main board to the power supply, the TV backlight turns on.
    I suspect the flaw is the main board, any suggestions are valuable.
    I couldn't find any wiring diagrams online.

    8K SAMI... kinda of joke ... take out the black heat sink complete and post photos for yours boards up down side photo as well close to SPI and if you able to make dump of it.

      After more detailed checks, the power LED turns on, stays on for about 5 seconds, then turns off and on again. The relay turns on and off, like the power LED, in an infinite loop,
      in all this the backlight remains off.

            disconnect the cable between power boards and the Main board.. then plug it in wall.... check if the back light will turn on

            i see you did it before... then how about disconnect one if the LVDS and turn on.... BL come on ?

              Disconnect the LVDS cable, the backlight is not present. 25Q40 is definitely corrupt.
              I need the dump of 25Q40.
