If I understand correctly I also must edit status registers as you suggested earlier. Right?

One more question, register #3 is FF, does it matter? Or should I set it 0x00 as in your picture?

Yes, No. 3 unchecked (0x00), the status register is set and written after my dump is written.

TV is alive! Thank you lotas for unbelievably fast help!
Does anybody knows the reason of failing IC1604 dump integrity? And how soon it may fail again?

They have a series (MU) of a disease with a firmware crash (jumps, power surges in the network) and if you update the software on the TV, then the dump that I fixed will no longer work, you need to backup the dump again and fix it again.

                Hello,
I suspect I have a problem with IC1604 dump too.
Can anyone check and correct if needed my dump?
                Attached my file.
                Thanks.

                    thank you Lotas for check,

but i still have the problem with the TV.
The TV will not turn on, there standby light shines pulsating dimly, then brightly, and so on in a loop.
If the dump is OK, what else could it be?

                    My model TV:
                    - UE65MU7009T
                    Mainbord:
                    - BN41-02570B
                    - BN94-12542D

                    Maybe another idea?

Well, here you need to check what the power is draining, check the resistance on the DC/DC converters relative to the ground, what is the voltage on the 8 pin of this spi flash 25Q40 (it should be 3.3v).

Open the datasheet on the W25Q40CL and find out why protection is needed.
If you do not register it in the spi flash and when you turn on the TV for the first time, the firmware is damaged again.

Is there a reason that this new board did not work as soon as it was put in? from what I understand nothing extra was done to it.

                                I'm back
Unfortunately the TV did after replacing the board and changing the jumper
5 months later the problem returned
in practice it turns on and off continuously, by removing this jumper and disconnecting one flat lvds at a time the TV remains on (audio present)
while leaving the jumper and disconnecting the flat lvds the TV turns on and off continuously
                                What could it be?

                                      Samsung synchmaster 226BW.

Before I replaced 5 caps, the screen was dim.
                                      Sometimes it wouldn't turn on.

I opened it up, and found 4 bad caps in the pwr supply section.

I unfortunately installee one backwards, i.e. wrong polarity.

When I turned it on, I head a loud pop, and I quickly shut it off.

                                      The replaced caps are 3 860uF 25V's, and 1 330u 35V.
                                      One of the 860uF blew.

I didn't have another 860uF at home, so I tried it with a 1000uF 35V cap (I remember the reading of the 1k uF cap was close...

                                      Hi everyone,

I'm just starting out with smartphone repairs and picked up a Samsung S21 to work on. Everything functions perfectly except there's absolutely no cellular signal. The SIM card is recognized, WiFi works fine, but zero network signal.

I've tested my SIM in another phone and it works perfectly with good signal, so it's definitely the phone.

From what I've read online, this issue is usually caused by the network chip needing to be desoldered and reballed since one of the solder balls might be cracked.

I think I've located the SOC that...

                                      Hi all,
I got an old Samsung 225MW TV with BN41-00825 motherboard.
Since the TV has a buzzer when it starts it makes a beep. The main problem is that the TV goes in a sort of bootloop and beeps every 2-3 seconds.
So I attached the VGA UART cable and read the debug data using a RT809H programmer:

According to the Service Manual all the voltages looks good, so I made a backup of the internal flash and all the EEPROMs (1 Settings + 3 EDID) and cleaned the EEPROM.
Now the TV boots but it's stuck on VGA. If I try to change the source it goes to TV, restarts...
