Samsung QE65Q60TAUXZT New Mainboard but wrong colours

    Hi,
I have ordered a new main from Samsung. Tv works fine but colours are wrong. I have updated the Panel type as per panel sticker but made no difference. I have another spare good main board and copied the SPI data to the new board but still same problem.

I have attached pics to what difference I have found a difference n the Tcon value as per (2). However haven't found from where I can modify this value. Note I have entered SM with normal remote. Currently I do not have Factory remote.
Do we have a Service Manual for this please?

    Any assistance welcome!

Throw from the old, native motherboard spi flash 25Q80 T-CON (it stores the settings, permissions of your panel).

Samsung sell MB as blank always...
just write the TV Model at SM. then T-CON will married with MB

        Tks both for replying.
I haven't found where to write the Model I have visited all pages in SM bit couldn't find this option. Do you recall in which Menu I can find it?

You can try copying the 24c memory hidden somwhere and perform a service reset.. you lack of tv model, mainbboard model is usually stored in that memory, bytes at bottom ..

This cannot be done! It stores the keys and these keys must match the keys that are stored in the eMMC. Get a cripple from the TV.

what stores the 24c memory? what happens when you do a service reset?

Thanks @Lotas for the pdf. It contains the information required
I need to go into Factory Mode. Appernatly I cannot use my current remote Will try to find a workaround with a universal one.

                    Update later..

It stores settings and unique keys, if it is native 24c512, then factory reset resets the default settings.

that 24c stores settings is quite obvious, my guess is that it is intended only for device profiling, it is read once the first tv turn on in factory, it initialises two files in the flash, one is the default and one is the actual settings, so my guess is that copying the eprom has no effects but i'm not sure about it, one can try (?), when a factory reset it is made it copies the default file in the actual file.. so no go.. why the keys on the eprom must match those on the emmc?

They have an eeprom + emmc + spi binding, whichever you change to someone else's, the TV will either not turn on or be crippled (not all functions will work.

                            Hi,
I have obtained a Factory Remote, Followed the SM and updated the required information as per section 4.8.
                            Unfortunately no improvement at all.
Probably will contact supplier of board to see if they may help.

                            Any more thoughts?
                            Tks

maybe something is bad in the mainboard lvds output, check if the balancement resistors are all in place..

Did you do a factory reset after all the settings?

I have factory reset from Factory SM at least 3 times.

I have hooked HDMI inputs and colour difference is in all inputs. I can see a Failure notification in every screen while in SM whicj cannot find from where as HW Test retuned good results.

This is the difference I am seeing in ADC/WB Mode:
