Thank you lotas- This worked for me, too. A decent TV set has been saved from landfill. The picture that Rekap69 posted was exactly the same as my TV. I de-soldered the IC from the motherboard using lead solder & hot air at 286 degs C for one minute. I used a CH431A EPROM programmer to read and re-program the chip with the Neoprogrammer software. I installed the CH431A driver to make it run with Neoprogrammer. I didn't do the mod to the CH431A to limit the data lines to 3.2V. Some YouTube videos say it is required, but others do not. The first image file "UE32T5300AU dump 25q40.rar" gave me an error "buffer size not equal to ic size", so I used the second image file "EN25Q40.zip" instead. This was good. I checked the downloaded file against the image file using GuiffyBD which showed 27 random errors before reprogramming the chip. After reprogramming I checked the EPROM against "EN25Q40.zip"; zero errors. The same EPROM works fine, I didn't even need to buy a new one. Woo-hoo.

It's not always possible, and sometimes it's impossible to get a good result using a clothespin. It also happens that you can damage nearby SMD components (resistors, capacitors), since they are soldered very close to the SPI flash pins.

If I use it, I think contact is not problem, but is other electronic circuit enabling to write IC401 with CH341A?
Have anybody tested writing without soldering memory out?
Can I damage the bn91-21809k board if I try to write memory on board?

On bn91-21809k board are also present pins/fields for SPI, like mean for memory writing. Can this give hint that onboard writing is possible?

And additional question, why all protection diodes marked as ZRxxx are missing from board, can this cause memory fault?

So try it, you won't ruin anything. There are two options: either it will be written poorly (due to the lines connected to the processor and the programmer not being able to handle the 3.3v voltage) or it will be written well with the verification completed.
