    Samsung DM48E TV

Hello everyone, I have a problem that has me scratching my head. I have a Samsung DM48E monitor that was used as a display for advertising. The screen seems to be zoomed in too far to se any Icons on the screen. I have hooked a mouse to it through usb, and the pointer seems overly large, and just moving it around on the screen I cannot access any other functions. I hooked up a keyboard (usb) and was able to cycle through sources on the home screen just by using Function key F6 and access home F5. I am looking to find a fix for the zoom so I can actually see the icons on the home screen. Also the remote acts like it is locked out because I cannot access any functions with it or even turn the monitor on or off. I have tried two different remote that work on other samsung tvs but am at my wits end. Please help! thanks.

I suspect it could have been part of a video wall (multiple monitors to display one image)
I suspect you need to set it to video wall OFF
Can you see any of the menu?
Do you have the user manual?

I have hooked it to two different devices, the picture is clear and viewable. it has sound and works properly but the remote still will not control sound or picture aspect or on\off. I cannot access the menu or see it. I found a manual online but it does not address the remote not functioning. I cannot access the menu from the control button on the tv either.
