Brother DCP-J200 Still having paper jam issues, no service manual
I am looking for Service Manual if anyone has it. I would highly appreciate it. The printer has paper jam issues untill now. Cleaned the tray and has been cleared of any debris. Any tips.

My Brother j132w is stuck on the paper jam issue, and yes i have checked for stuck papers but nothing there. Im thinking its a software related problem, any help? -
I'm getting frustrated troubleshooting a paper shredder. The way the shredder normally works is when you turn the power on, nothing happens until you insert a piece of paper. There is an IR shredder in the shredder and inserting the paper breaks the beam and starts the shredder motor. But now the motor runs constantly, even when no paper is inserted. I've replaced the photodiode and the IR emitter. Also the relay makes a nice clicking sound so I assume it is working too. I don't know what else to check. Here's a photo of the circuit board. Anyone can provide the software tools for Brother P-Touch QL-570?
According to the service manual there should exist
On the brother homepage I only can find autopoff.exe and a tool called ptsweep.exe.
I got the QL-570 as defective, but it powered up normal (voltages measured ok) with cutting and paper feed working until a paper roll and driver were installed on the connected pc.
The device now only shows a dim red LED light. Powering on/off doesn't work.
I'll do voltage measurements again to exclude an electrical/power supply problem.... -
I got this broken printer from my brother who got it from the street. He asked me to help to fix it.
I need help on fixing this machine.
Issues/Observations:
1) When connected to power, it's not working. Only showing blinking screen on the LCD. See pics 1 and 2. It is blinking every 2 seconds.
2) I pressed the buttons on the control panel to see if there is any response. The "Options" button can turn off the LCD screen, and then press hold the power button for about 1 second can turn the blinking screen back on again. Other than... -
PROBLEM SOLVED
I DIDN'T REALISE MY SMALLEST SOLDERING TIP COULD JUST FIT BETWEEN THESE COMPONENTS.
I MANAGED TO REMOVE THEM WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE BOARD AND I HAVE MY INTENDED END RESULT.
On a Possio PM70 portable fax machine which has a scanner that detects when you push a piece of paper into the scanner slot.
It is these two small (3mm long) components that detect the paper and start the scanner feed motor which pulls the paper into the scanner.
(These are on the circuit board for the keypad and not the main board)
