Netgear NAS RN21400 logic board.Part Identification Diode

Afternoon, I hope someone is able to help me identify this components value. It is faulty. The markings show 633 and LG.

This is form a Netgear NAS RN21400 logic board.

Thank you all in advance. I have attached the image showing the component in place on the board. I have removed the Power port.

I apologise if I have posted in the wrong place. I couldn't find a forum for part identification or NAS stations.

    Re: Part Identification Diode

Trace it out and figure out if it is a ultrafast rectifier diode something like a 1A 100V or a TVS (transient protection) diode. If it’s a rectifier diode and you take it out, the unit just won’t work. If it is a TVS diode you can take it out and when you plug the unit in, it should work, less the protection.

It is a Diodes incorporated SMBJ13(C)A 13volt uni-directional TVS diode.

A tvs diode is a protection diode, it should be across the dc input. You can remove this diode to test the unit. If it is shorted it likely caused a fuse to blow as well.
All you say is that it is faulty, so check how it is connected in the circuit.
