    over voltage on power supply

Hi guys, i have a Sony home theater which is currently on Protect mode, SD ERR code which is the power supply. I tested the voltages across the pins and its higher than rated. Suppose to be 14V but showing 20V instead, 6V showing as 9V instead. With or without load, its the same. Model is dav-dz840k. Any idea why this is happening? I have attached the service manual with this post. All the voltages seems bizarre on the power board while measuring.

CXD ic replaced and set working perfectly fine, looks like this is a very common problem with sony. Hope this helps others.
