Identify Component for Allied Telesis POE-Switch

Hello,

I need to identify this component from the power-supply-board for allied telesis AT-GS950/10PS POE+ Switch.

The switch is working generally, but there is no POE function and I found this blown component.

Appreachiate any help.

Did you look for the missing plastic from the ic, it may be in the case and might have a number on it. On the part of the ic that is still there, (left side), is that something printed on it?

I found an ic with a similar logo (likely China) but on your ic next to the hole it looks like part of a number 3 or could be a 7?

I’d rather wonder if you take that IC off what the pin out could be a match something based on that?
does it drive 2 MOSFETs? They are toasted too.
