How can i connect type c cable to 19v power supply

i have a power supply adjustment like image


i want turn on asus vivobook with type c charger
i want a connect type c cable to power supply adjustment but type c cable have 3 wire and i don,t know how to connect the cable type c to power supply adjustment
please help me to let me know

type c has 3 groups of wires.
power
data
voltage signaling



you only need to inject into power & ground.
the voltage signalling is from the device to the psu so you can ignore it.
obviously if the device is not designed to run at 19v something is going to go boom!
