I have two of these devices here. The first had been working without any issues and the second came with a dead touchpad. To figure out if there is a problem with the board or with the touchpad itself I cross swapped the keyboard/touchpad unit on both devices and none of the touchpads worked. Unfortunately, aber swapping back the keyboard/touchpad unit the touchpads on both devices failed (also tested with Ubuntu).
There are no fuses on the board and I could not see any damage under the microscope. I get the 3V_PTP on the U2507 (p28). How would you diagnosed this issue?... -
Hi folks..Looking for a clean Me Bios for a Acer Aspire E5-571-52H3 Z5WAH LA-B161P ..I have tried a couple and somehow still no video..I misplaced the original dump and lost it ....your help will be appreciated thanks -

hello I'm new here and I'm new to technology apartment plus studies. I want to fix my laptop. Dead screen and doesn't respond to power button. I tried my best to turn it on then it opened it charged. The problem is the power button and the display. I want to find the bios chip so I can program it again with the idea of the power button and the display will work again. Plus when I turn on the motherboard the fan spins slow and if esc+fn keys pressed nothing corresponds. So I think the bios chip has some letters or binary codes changed. That's... -

I have a mainb LA-B162P (cpu i5 + nvidia gpu) which sometimes turns on and after a few seconds turns off and on again as a continuous loop. or it stays on expelling heat from the fan that runs normally, but in both cases always with the black screen both internal and external, sometimes I appreciate a backlight flash for a second in the internal monitor.
i downloaded the schematic and i went to check all the voltages of the mainb and i'm ok, so i thought it was a problem with the bios ... i argued about everything and more but i have so much confusion about the procedure of how...
