when the ram on board been defected you will get blue screen on windows like the problem i have with asus ,the solution is to disable ram onboard and work just with slot memory .

also you can use the boardview for some model inside that can help to solve other problem if you are not interested in this subject.

Thanks! but I did unsuccessful. My board is: X550LD rev 2.0.
onboard RAM is over-temperature, not work, then I remove some resistor like that document. but it still the old present. help me.
