my laptop light on indicator power, wifi and hdd on plug in my charger, but not display. and if i press button power like restart this indicator

if not plug charger laptop can't light on indticator

please help me for this case.

what the problem exactly?

-Doesn't react to power button and doen't charge the battery + led the adapter off immediately
-Doesn't react to power button and doesn't charge battery
-Doesn't react power button but the battery charging is working
-Power up but the battery charging doesn't work
-Power up but then shutdown immediately
-Power up but doesn't display anything on the screen

I have the same problem, the indicator LED is not lit, and when the power on in the press did not react. the voltage on the on / off switch on pin 1 there is 2.9V, 0,002 amperes, please analysis.
