Re: daax3mb16a1 rev:a DDR2 version schematic needed.
The +1.05v is short to ground I have removed PL2 out of circuit to eliminate PU2 and short circuit is occuring post PU2 circuit. What is the most likely culprit likely to be or what is the easiest way to pin the short down.
Re: daax3mb16a1 rev:a DDR2 version schematic needed.
yes, but unfortunately file has some corruption. But you may try to fix the pdf file with a software. +1.05 is supply for cpu, try to measure it without cpu.
Theres a 8 pin SMD IC marked M113 near USB ports that I need to replace. The problem is - I have no idea what exactly is it so I can´t search it.
PD14, is at the very beginning of the DC input, so if there is a short, and pd14 is not the problem, then check PC142, PC151 and +VAD line.
I can´t find M113, can you say the number of the IC?
Hi folks
I am looking for a schematic for this daax3mb16a1 rev:a DDR2 version I am told its from a HPg56 I have the DDR3 schematic but am trying to identify this component.Pd12 is short and cracked so I cannot see what it is I have checked a few components on the ddr3 version and there seem to be differences.
Any assistance is appreciated
If anyone looking for that part, it is a diode with markings: PJ0366 1V
