                    It was la-f312p

@EDIT: This mobo died after short in usb. I injected 5v into 3.3v_alw by mistake and now fan is always on, so probably KBC is dead. I will try to fix it later.

I bought another mobo, this time from 7390 la-f311p. Similar to la-f312p but have TB. It was not working but it can turn on after flash bios from the internet. Could you please fix also this bios?

                            Hello!

I have a Dell 7290 with black screen. Never reaches the Dell splash, Keyboard and CAPS key are shining. (Keyboard brightness can be changed). LCD test (via POWER + D) is working. CTRL+ESC does not do anything.
Tried to clean the ME but this did not help. (The only thing I noticed when dumping the flash content after unscuccessful booting tries was that the ME file system state changed from "Configured" to "Initialized". So maybe the ME region is not the problem...)

Latest flashed Dell BIOS seems to be "Latitude_7x90_1.20.0.exe".
Reported ME is: CSE ME, v11.8.86.3877, Corporate LP, SPT/KBP-LP C which shows up "Initialized"

                            Motherboard: DAZ20 LA-F312P, Rev 1.0 ( A00 ), 2017-09-21
                            Service Tag: HNWC1N2
                            Intel Core i7 (8th gen)

Any suggestions how to make this laptop to boot again is very appreciated!

Attached is the original (non-working) dump from the W25Q128.

Hello your NPCT750JAAYX UZ12 TPM CHIP is defective because only replacing it.
The hoaca388 BIOS is perfectly okay is version 1.0.1 of 03 Jan. 2018
You should never update the last version 1.41.0, otherwise TPM error always comes.
