Hi, I've been reading the forum and I know that before I ask my question I need to give all the necessary information, so before I ask my full question could you tell me how I can find the following data:

Serial: PF39977K
Model name: Legion 5 15ACH6H
Main Board: NM-D562 Rev:3
BIOS: 74M12JWS1Q (W25Q128FW), (UB3, 16MB)
BIOS : W25Q16DW (UG10, 2MB)

This is an example of what I saw, it's not from my PC, but I would like to know how I can find that data on my PC

you have a label on the laptop case for the name and model S/N, etc.. for the motherboard model you have to open your laptop and it is written on the motherboard usually with white paint, there you will also find the bios chips.. for writing or flashing the content on the chip ...ou need an SPI programmer...here is a video for example..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWWi...nnel=ThisIsHow

thanks but still no luck 😭 turn on then keyboard light turns on then off only power button has white light fans spins but no boot/display. i did it again the keyboard and power button lights turns on and 3 seconds turn off then turns on again and same again no boot up/display.

it should start without the serial number..

Sadly nothing with all the Bios from here.
Probably a shorted gpu since all the rest has voltage even the cpu on his caps.. Anyone has the UG10 vbios maybe? Don't know if I took the good one there is only one here.

Hello everyone,

I got this PC from someone that tried to repair it sadly he erased the UB3, UG10, and changed the EC for a programmed one from china. So the best is to reprogram at least the UB3 and UG10, I guess ?

I need some help here. I tried all the firmware for UB3 and UG10 from here but nothing worked still, also checked some voltages around and seems like all around my GPU + Vram is 0,001V including the UG10 that doesn't have the 1.8V on pin 8(even with power button pressed).
In the other side while my charger is plugged I have 1.8V on the bios chip. Around the EC chip 3,3V is present too.

When I press the power button, I only got the Power Led on the power button and side, no heat CPU/GPU, no fan, no KB light. All I know was that this Laptop was shutdown mid Windows Updates.. 😅

I don't have any bios file sadly cause the 2 chips are erased. Can someone help me get the right .bin to program it? (I have a CH341A with 1.8V adapter to program those)

New information...

The problem is still there, the motherboard starts up, the light and keyboard light com on, CPU and GPU gradually heat up as if it is working but the screen is black.
There is no output via HDMI either.
Caps lock light not responding.
