Try this bios... If you get the display then test it for some time in running windows. If again system is hanging then disable the graphics in device manager. Hopefully it should work.

hi and thanks alot for help still not working this has no discrete graphics, i tryed everything from bios ic change to memory display and this is the 4th bios .... with original bios dose nothing only power led, with every other bios cpu warm and full fan speed after ~20 seconds.
i'm clueless..... i will try again tomorrow it's 22:30 and ill take a brake for today.

Disable Intel HD/UHD graphics and check again... Today i have solved similar case for other acer model. After flashing new bios , i had to disable graphics and its working fine now. Just give it a try.
