Dell Latitude 3500 bios issue !!

Hello my friend
With this main dump , the lap work for until time of post than off.
Without ram lap work without post (of course) and without off.

So i try to repair the dump and clean me with officiel RECOMMENDED bios :

1.22.0 / 1.15.0 / 1.13.1 but the lap make a different behaviour

power on , consumption reach 0.35amp than off..with or without ram same new behaviour !!

Notice : All voltages are presents excepct DDR4_DRAMRST# = 0.130v

DDR4_DRAMRST# is not shorted and the restance is ok.

any other ideas!!

with this one not power on , notice when charger plug in consumption reach 0.25amp ,no light at keyboard
let me try the second

no , same behaviour as the first
and this is why i m confused , with the main dump lap power on .keyboard light , with ram it will power off after less than 1 minute...without ram it's not power off.

All the official dump that we try can't power on !!

Same behaviour , power on , consumption reach 0.34amp than off ( with or without ram , without internal screen )

Consumption remains same with ram/without ram-so system is not reading ram at all.If you have scope check SDA/SCL activity.
