Dell 5410 bios password unlock

I need to remove bios password. Actually the main thing I need is to learn this.

Can anybody help me to remove password from my bios bin. There is only 1 bios chip and here I upload the backup.

I tried bios-pw.org and it failed.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.
