Good morning, I need the EC file for the IT8227VG from the NM-D475 motherboard. The SIO chip was damaged with a hole in the middle; I replaced it with a new, blank one.

I recorded it, it turned on but the power LED blinked 12 times, then stopped and started blinking again on its own. The processor doesn't heat up at all.

In my case 12 times power led blinking then stop and then again 12 times ... reapiting this endless without display solved by reflashing ec chip 8mb with ec bios file provided here by someone.
hope this helps someone looking for confirmation of the same problem.

I have a Lenovo V15 G2 ITL 82KB - S.N. PF4413L6 - Motherboard HV460 HV560 NM-D474 Rev. 2.0, and while I'm using it, the screen suddenly goes black. I've read that these notebooks often have problems with the integrated RAM and that it should therefore be disabled by flashing the BIOS and using the spd removal tool. Can you provide me with the bios.bin to modify? I attach original bios

Does this bios you sent me disable the RAM onboard?
It doesn't work with SPD Removal Tool
