gccn32ww.8MB.rar (1.80 MB, 619 views) has clean ME, use it for 8MB chip, and for the 16MB chip try this (attached, DMI from your corrupt backup 423000-423FFF, copied also to 422000-422FFF)

Copy the DMI from your 16MB backup to the new one with a hex editor. If you don`t know how to do that let us know.

search for text "LENV" in your 16Mb file (using a hex editor) or go to adress 422000. Select content from 422000 - 423FFF, there are 8192bytes, and copy (Ctrl+C). Open 16Mb file from post #6 and do the same (select content from 422000 - 423FFF then paste the copied content from your file, Ctrl+P. Save file and write into your bios chipset.

I completed the process, and it gave me an image, but now it's not detecting the M.2 drive. Could it be that I performed the process incorrectly?

Yes, I wrote both bin files, but the result is the same. I already checked the memory voltages, both onboard and SODIMM, and everything is fine.

I'm troubleshooting a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14ITL05 that won't boot. Here's the full picture:

Machine info:

• Model: Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14ITL05
• MTM: 81X700FGUS
• Serial Number: PF2SH1TX
• Motherboard model/revision: HS45A/HS55A Rev 1.0 - NM-D461.

Original symptom:

Press the power button → LEDs turn on → CPU fan spins for a moment → system shuts off on its own → screen never lights up at any point (no logo, no backlight, nothing).

After a having disconnected the battery, the charger and pressed the power button for 30 secs, the power button LED now blinks at a steady, constant rate when I try to power on.

The fan still spins briefly and stops, same as before. Still no display.

Current test setup:

• Only the AC charger is connected — battery is unplugged
• No peripherals attached (no USB drives, no mouse, nothing)
• No external monitor tested yet
• RAM: this model has one module soldered to the board plus a single SO-DIMM slot, which is currently empty — so I can't test with a second stick or reseat anything
• I only have the one charger, so I haven't been able to test with a different power adapter

What I'm trying to figure out:
Does this pattern (steady LED blink + brief fan spin + shutdown, even with battery removed and no peripherals) point more toward a corrupted BIOS/firmware, or toward a hardware fault like the VRM? Has anyone seen this exact blink pattern on a 14ITL05 and knows what it corresponds to?

Appreciate any input before I send it in for motherboard repair.

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..
The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

Hi friend, thanks for the reply.
I found the solution to my problem in another thread on the forum.
The issue was that the RAM soldered to the motherboard was dead.
I had to flash a modified BIOS after running a script to remove the soldered RAM info from it. Now it only uses the one in the second slot.
