Backup from working laptop

Hello,
I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V.... -
Recently I used the official Lenovo bios updater software on my ThinkBook 13s G3 ACN (20YA0005GE). The updating process failed and I got a black screen after powering the device. Of course I did not make an own backup before using the Lenovo bios updater.
I bought a CH341A programmer and was able to make a connection to the chip while it is still soldered on board. But I did not realise that the chip was a 16MB size and selected the wrong size (8Mbit / 1 MByte) before reading the content of my chip. So the dump I did before erasing the chip is only 1MByte big. I fear that I lost... -

I’m working on a Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 3 ACN (AMD Ryzen 5 5600U) with a Winbond W74M12JW 16MB BIOS chip
Symptoms:- No display, fan spins, white LED blinking
- Temporary boot after flashing another BIOS
- Dies again after reboot
- Current BIOS dump appears corrupted (mostly FF-filled, no valid UEFI structure)
What I already tried:- External flash with CH341A + proper 1.8V supply
- Flashed GMCN33WW-031F.bin (booted once, then failed again)
- Reflashed original dump → same issue
- Power reset, battery disconnect
- RAM reflow attempt (no change)

I need the BIOS for the model mentioned above in order to remove Absolute, which is causing issues.
I acquired this device from a former employer, and for obvious reasons—given all the trouble and emotional distress involved—I do not wish to contact them again.

I’m trying to diagnose a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05 (Model 81W1).

Symptoms
BIOS Setup is almost impossible to enter.
Pressing F2 during power-on usually freezes on the Lenovo logo or is ignored.
The Novo button opens the Novo Menu, but selecting BIOS Setup...
