Because it is INVALID, your 16MB file is corrupt, the offset 422000 should start with LENV, then what looks like garbage (it's encrypted) until you see a repeating pattern, at 423000 it's similar, starting with LENV; yours it's repeating 03 FC 03 03 FC 03 ...., either a bad read from the chip (if you used a clip, bad connection), or the BIOS chip was very corrupted...
Use Golden Key USB to enter serial, MTM, model name, if it doesn't work Flash the clean 16MB file from post 4 again then try Golden Key again

After I flashed the BIOS, pressing the Ctrl and D keys simultaneously caused a beep to sound during boot, even though it wasn't connected to a keyboard. Does anyone know why?

I would like to ask if someone could help me clean or repair these EC BIOS and main BIOS dumps.

The laptop only shows a blinking power LED and stays in that state. All the board voltages are present and appear to be correct.

Could someone please help me by cleaning or fixing the BIOS files?

I will attach the BIOS and EC dumps.
