You need a programmer (Example: CH341A). How to use: watch on Youtube.
Software for CH341A: see link above.

                Hello
I bought a DELL LATITUDE 5511 computer on the EBAY site, I received it but the bios is protected and I can't contact the seller, I followed the forums here before posting. The computer is a LATITUDE 5511, the TAG is "9T76GB3-8FC8", thank you in advance for your message.

Thank you, I had seen this solution but not being equipped, I thought that other solutions existed, I will order a module and do some tests. I will already start reading how to do it and will come back to the moment in case of doubt and the time of manipulation.
I will keep you informed of the complexity or not at the end of the project.

                              Hello,

I have a Dell Latitude 5420 stuck on the Dell Security Manager message/MDM lock on startup, I can't do anything.

Here is my BIOS and what I assume is ME (32MB for BIOS and 1MB for ME). I have attached 2 different dumps I took, as when you try to read the ic, it will not show in the list, so I had to select another type of chip someone said works with the bios chip on these laptops.

If someone could remove my BIOS password for me so I can reflash it afterwards.

                              ST/SN: BTTYNQ3

                              Thanks.

                                Hi there,

Thanks for the response, and doing that for me. I have gone to power the laptop back on but an amber light comes on, and then goes back off as soon as I let go of the power button. Flashing went ok. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
