remove Cmos battery and main battery before writing bios chipset, then reconnect both, plug in ac adapter and start laptop from power button. At 1st boot press F2 and write service tag, permanently disable absolute, save (apply changes), restart, press Alt+F to exit from factory mode.

I apologize, I wasn't careful to check my keyboard and just typed. I didn't notice. I regret this mistake, I hope it is not repeated later. I very much appreciate the support from all of you. It was just a distraction error.

Same result. Absolute is still present. and when I put the service tag and restart it no longer turns on.

Unfortunately, I can’t provide the BIOS dump file right now because I’ve lost admin access and I’m unable to extract the dump from the system without it. is there’s any alternative method ? (I have OS access)

You must have a programmer to do this. The cheapest one is ch341a.

Hi, I have a Dell Latitude 3420 with eprom model GIGADEVICE 25R256DYIG and I try dump Bin file with a programmer CH341 but the software doesn't recognize the chip. I tried with and without voltage adapter for 1.8V.

I tried several Softwares versions, but these doesn't works.

Anyone has some ideia why this doesn't work? I read some papers saying that the programmer CH341 doesn't support this eprom 25R256DYIG.

I appreciate any help!
