Please post the service tag, it is required. Your backup is not good it should be around 9-10MB compressed whereas yours is only 405KB .

I use 7-zip and winrar, i know how to use both. I`ve already told you your backup is bad. Open the bios with a hex editor and look at it, it`s mostly FF`s which means its mostly empty.

When flashing a BIOS always make a backup first. Take 2 or 3 different dumps and make sure they are identical.
On Windows, you can use the command "fc /b" to check if two dumps are identical.
Make sure that the dumps looks good, i.e. not filled with 0x00 or 0xFF. After compression, if the file has a size of only a few kilobytes, the EEPROM was most likely not read properly.

Additionally, please read the FAQ at: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=98665
I assume you`re using a clip and it didn`t have a good connection.

What do you mean its empty, have you erased it. If you havn`t erased it just make another backup. What programmer and software version are you using, are you using a clip and if so what type, is the chip type SOP8 or WSON8 , is the chip in the programmer support list , did you use Auto-detect or choose the chip manually.
