Laptop wont start. Black screen, keyboard have backlight, capslock no respond, display test is working.

hi can any one help me rebuild bios for a Dell Latitude 5420 I5 11th gen switches on but no display, the bist test is ok and flashes the various colours but will not post. I have tried my self to edit the me region but get error no matter which FIT tool i user a few versions up as well.

The Service tag must be posted at your request as per the rules. Not as a picture, part of the file name and so on. Next time make sure to do it as it should to avoid unnecessary clarifications and wasting of time please.
