Yoga 11e 5th corrupted bios

Hello, i have the following problem:


No matter what i do i get reboot loop. Can't enter bios.

From lenovo site i can download bios in FL1 format, which i don't know hot to extract.

Here is a dump of my current bios.

Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. cmos battery is replaced and problem is present

post the original bios of the laptop ... and the full name and model ...

I too have The Fl1 from Lenovo site , but mine was 9.71Mb.

Thanks , i'll test and report in 30 min.
Let's hope this is fo celeron processor, as i forgot to mention it.

not the bios is the problem..I sent you the bios on the site..you will not find a better one..take everything out of the laptop (dvd, wifi, hdd, etc) and start..see what is happening ... change the bios battery ... check another HDD ...

Hello Guys, at first big thanks for this forum, it helped me a lot of times, I successfully unlocked t460, x250, t470s, t550 - so I know the process.
Then I got locked Yoga 11e 5th gen 20LN with procesor m3 7y30 - successfully unlocked too, for unknown reason it died after ~10 reboots but it's not the case :-).
Then I got three locked Yoga 11e 5th but with Celeron N4100 (20LM), I thought it will work, but nooo... It is different motherboard then 11e with m3 7y30, chip is MXIC 25U6473F. Autopatcher does not show any error, but after applying patched bios it turns on, Esc key led is ON, but no display. Exactly the same on the second 11e N4100 - no display...
I searched through this forum and found a post from iTman with the same symptoms, the answer was to find P24S08 and program it with attached dump, it was said that this version of motherboard stores password in this chip, unfortunately thred was not continued...
I looked carefully on the mainboard and did not find this chip. I know how it should look like, I unlocked many L520, X230, T520 with SDA/SCL method.
I'm attaching the dumps of two Yogas and photo of the mainboard; the other side of MB does not contain any larger chips. The only one chip looking similar to regular 8-pin is placed under wifi card, but it is MXIC 25L1006E...
So did anyone solve it? Any ideas? :-)

maybe spi flash corrupted,change it or need to flash Nuvoton EC with Programmer or just initialize eeprom with lenovo U1 soft and fill serial and model

The file .bin is corrupt, the motherboard 17873-1 have ic bios w25q128fvsiq of 16mb

just i notised that there no serial number in my bios !
in my os linux if i change my passwor it not change mybe thue to this biose or to my OS !
but thedump is working !!!

Attached bin file has display but on a reboot loop after displaying configuration changed, i have tried to do txe clean but that did not solve the issue,

can't locate type and serialnumber for now.

NB the bin uploaded shows 16mb but it should be 8mb for some reason i dont understand why i saved it that way but it perfectly works if written back
