Bios not helped .... seems like SoC is DEAD (BSOD driver pnp watchdog)

Hi, please help me with bios for HP Elite Dragonfly SN#5CG01374VV, no POST. I did try clean ME - not working, I replaced 128Mb content with another from here, it's working but with errors - endpoint security, TPM. I attached original 256Mb and 128Mb as well as 128Mb used to start laptop. Thank you.
